Jemma leads our Programme and Student Support team, who provide support to current students during their studies at CAT. They also support our prospective students through the admissions process and run Graduate School Open Days and events like Graduation.

After studying BSc Educational Psychology, Jemma worked in Outdoor Education for over 7 years. She joined CAT as a Student Support Officer in 2020 alongside being a member of the local Mountain Rescue Team and running guided MTB rides for women.
